Clinton David Brink, Cristen Amanda Brink Obituary, Death News – A tragic incident unfolded at Devil’s Den State Park in Arkansas, where a married couple was found dead on a hiking trail Saturday afternoon. Arkansas State Police have confirmed that the case is being treated as a possible double homicide and a manhunt is underway to locate the suspect.

The victims have been identified as 43-year-old Clinton David Brink and his 41-year-old wife, Cristen Amanda Brink. According to state police, the Brinks were hiking with their two daughters, ages 7 and 9, at the time of the incident. Fortunately, the children were not physically harmed and are currently under the care of relatives.

Authorities responded to the scene around 2:40 p.m. on Saturday. Details regarding how the couple died have not yet been disclosed, as autopsies are pending at the Arkansas State Crime Lab to determine the exact cause of death. Investigators have officially opened a double homicide case and are actively seeking public assistance in identifying and locating the suspect.

On Sunday, Arkansas State Police released an updated description of the suspect. He is believed to be a white male with a medium build, wearing dark pants, a dark baseball cap, and sunglasses. He was also seen wearing a long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up and fingerless gloves, possibly the type used for weightlifting. Authorities initially described the man as wearing a tank top but later corrected the statement.

Police say the man was last seen driving away from the area in a black four-door sedan, possibly a Mazda, with its license plate obscured using duct tape or electrical tape. The vehicle was reportedly traveling near the park along State Highway 170 or State Highway 220.

Law enforcement officials are urging anyone who visited the park on Saturday to review their cellphone photos, videos, or GoPro footage for possible images of the suspect. Nearby residents are also being asked to examine their home security footage for anything unusual or suspicious.

To avoid compromising the investigation, police have asked the public not to share potential evidence, such as photos or videos, on social media. Instead, they are requesting that such material be submitted directly to the authorities. Colonel Mike Hagar of the Arkansas State Police assured the public that every available resource is being utilized in the effort to locate the suspect and bring him to justice.

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders issued a statement expressing condolences to the victims’ loved ones. She affirmed that her office is maintaining close contact with both law enforcement and park officials involved in the investigation and pledged that the state would support efforts to bring the perpetrator to justice.

The community remains in shock as the search for answers continues.
