At around 1:30 a.m., someone noticed a man lying motionless at the bottom of the pool. The man, later identified as Tchaly Orphee, was quickly pulled from the water onto the pool deck. Several bystanders attempted CPR in an effort to revive him while waiting for emergency responders.
