Samantha Brady – A woman has died following a single-vehicle traffic incident that occurred Wednesday evening along Clarksville Pike in Nashville, according to local authorities.
The Metro Nashville Police Department reported that officers responded to the scene around 8 p.m. after receiving reports of a serious crash in the area near the intersection with Ed Temple Boulevard. Emergency responders arrived shortly afterward to assist.
Preliminary information indicates that a 29-year-old woman, later identified as Samantha Brady, was traveling southbound on Clarksville Pike at the time of the incident. Investigators believe the vehicle left the roadway while navigating a curve and struck a roadside structure. No other vehicles were involved.
Brady was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Despite efforts by medical staff, she later died from her injuries. Police confirmed that next of kin have been notified.
