A disturbing incident unfolded on Saturday in the Town of Shelby, Orleans County, leaving one man dead and another hospitalized, according to the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office. When deputies arrived, a man identified as 36-year-old Aaron D’Angelo of Medina allegedly approached them armed with a knife. Officers used a Taser to safely take D’Angelo into custody without further injury.
Inside the residence, deputies discovered two men who had been stabbed multiple times. Tragically, 65-year-old Dale R. Lang was pronounced dead at the scene. The second man was hospitalized for treatment of his injuries. Authorities have not released details about his current condition.
