Charles Primes Obituary, Death – A 41-year-old man, Charles Primes, was fatally shot on Thursday evening in south Omaha, according to local police. The shooting took place near the intersection of 27th and Polk streets at approximately 8 p.m. Officers responded to the scene and discovered Primes deceased, having suffered a gunshot wound.
