Angel Moises Bonilla Garcia Obituary, Death – Two individuals tragically lost their lives in a car crash on Sunday night near Clinton, North Carolina. The incident occurred on Reedsford Road, close to Byrd-Yancey-Bass Road, at 10:02 p.m. According to the North Carolina Highway Patrol, the driver, 22-year-old Angel Moises Bonilla Garcia, was driving a 2013 Hyundai passenger car westbound at an excessive speed when the vehicle veered off the road. The car collided with a mailbox and then crashed into two trees before coming to a stop partially blocking the roadway.

Garcia, who was not wearing a seatbelt, and his front-seat passenger, 17-year-old Daniel Vasquez Gonzales, from McLamb Road in Dunn, both died instantly upon impact. Gonzales was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Troopers investigating the crash stated that reckless driving and excessive speed were key factors contributing to the fatal accident. The incident serves as a sobering reminder of the dangers of speeding and the importance of seatbelt use while driving.
