Robert Suy Suy Obituary, Death – Baton Rouge Police are investigating a fatal crash that resulted in the death of a 25-year-old man who was driving the wrong way on the interstate. The incident occurred just before 2 a.m. on Saturday, January 11th, on I-10 westbound near the Dalrymple Drive exit.
The deceased has been identified as Robert Suy Suy. According to the investigation, a Hyundai was traveling west in the left lane when it was struck head-on by an Acura driven by Suy Suy, who was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes. Police have not yet determined where the Acura entered the interstate in the wrong direction.
Despite wearing a seatbelt, Suy Suy did not survive the crash. Three passengers in the Acura were taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries. The driver of the Hyundai, who was alone in the vehicle, was also transported with moderate injuries. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
