Alexander Guzman Obituary, Death – A 27-year-old man from Buttonwillow, California, was killed in a rollover crash early Saturday morning on Buttonwillow Drive. The Kern County Coroner’s Office confirmed the identity of the victim as Alexander Guzman.
The incident occurred around 5:38 a.m. while Guzman was driving a 2005 Infiniti Sedan southbound on Buttonwillow Drive, near the intersection with Sullivan Road. For reasons that are still under investigation, Guzman’s vehicle veered to the left and went off the roadway.
The car then struck a dirt embankment, causing it to overturn. Tragically, Guzman did not survive the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene by responding authorities.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is handling the investigation, and while the exact cause of the crash is still unclear, officials have indicated that alcohol or drugs may have played a role in the incident.
