Dane Koletski Obituary, Death News – The chief executive of of a suburban trucking firm was discovered deceased within a structure engulfed in flames; authorities have indicated that an employee is a person of interest.

On Wednesday at approximately 4 p.m., law enforcement responded to reports of significant smoke emanating from ATG Truckload, situated at 13835 S. Kostner Avenue, according to Crestwood police.

Dane Koletski, aged 46, was found lifeless on the second floor. He held the position of CEO at ATG Truckload. His death has been classified as a homicide, prompting Crestwood police to initiate an investigation into the arson.

An employee has been named as a suspect, and investigators suspect that the incident was a deliberate act.

At approximately 5:15 a.m., the suspect was apprehended at a truck stop in Holland, Michigan.

The Cook County Medical Examiner reported that Koletski succumbed to a stab wound to the neck. The identity of the suspect has not been disclosed, and they will remain in the custody of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan on a murder warrant while awaiting extradition to Illinois.
