Aniyah J. Davis Obituary, Death – A 19-year-old woman who lost her life in a shooting in Danville on Saturday night has been identified as Aniyah J. Davis, according to the local coroner’s office. The incident, which also left two juveniles injured, took place around 10 p.m. in the Winter Park area of Danville. Police received multiple emergency calls reporting the sound of gunfire in the neighborhood.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered three people suffering from gunshot wounds. All three were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Tragically, Davis was pronounced dead at the hospital due to her injuries.

The other two victims, both minors, were also hospitalized. One juvenile remains in critical condition, while the other was treated and has since been released.

According to Danville police, the investigation so far suggests that multiple shots were fired from at least two different locations, indicating the possibility of more than one shooter or an exchange of gunfire. No suspects have been arrested at this time, and the identities of the juvenile victims have not been released.
