According to Washington County Coroner Tim Warco, the victim was identified as Michael Brent Miller of Burgettstown. Reports indicate that Miller was traveling westbound when he lost control of his vehicle. The car veered off the road and collided with a tree. At the time of the accident, Miller was not wearing a seatbelt.
The crash was reported to emergency services by a passerby who called 911 at approximately 9:23 p.m. When first responders arrived on the scene, Miller was found unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner.
