Authorities and family members have identified the two people died during Monday’s shooting at a high school hockey game in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Family members confirmed that Rhonda Dorgan and her son, Aidan Dorgan, were among those fatally shot during the incident at Lynch Arena. Their identities were later confirmed by Pawtucket officials during a Tuesday afternoon news conference.

In a message posted on the page, she described the loss as devastating and said the family has been “forever changed” by the events.

According to Wallace-Hubbard, the victims’ grandparents were among three additional people injured in the shooting. Pawtucket officials confirmed the names of the injured victims during the news conference and identified the fifth victim as Thomas Geruso, described as a family friend.

A spokesperson for Brown University Health told Target 12 that all three injured individuals remained in critical condition at Rhode Island Hospital as of Tuesday afternoon. Officials have not released additional details about their medical status.

During the news briefing, Dan McKee announced the launch of a statewide Support Hub to assist those affected by the tragedy. The initiative is designed to provide counseling services, crisis support, and other resources for individuals and families coping with the aftermath of the incident.
