Angelo Bradley Obituary, Death – Authorities are investigating a fatal overnight crash that claimed the life of a motorcyclist in St. Charles, located in the western suburbs of Chicago. The incident happened around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Randall Road and Red Gate Road, according to the Kane County Sheriff’s Office.

Preliminary findings suggest the crash occurred when a 2007 Range Rover SUV was turning east onto Red Gate Road from the southbound lanes of Randall Road. As the SUV made the turn, a motorcyclist collided with the rear of the vehicle, resulting in serious injuries.

The driver of the SUV reported that she felt an impact to the back of her vehicle after making the turn. However, she initially believed the collision was with an animal. After stopping and exiting her vehicle, she noticed visible damage to the rear passenger side of the car.

A witness at the scene then approached and informed the SUV driver that she had actually hit a motorcyclist, not an animal as she had assumed. Emergency responders quickly arrived and found the motorcyclist in critical condition. They provided immediate medical aid before transporting him to a nearby hospital.

Despite efforts to save him, the motorcyclist later died from his injuries. The Kane County Coroner’s Office has identified the deceased as 19-year-old Angelo Bradley, a resident of St. Charles. His death has left the local community mourning the loss of a young life cut tragically short.

The Kane County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the incident through its Investigations Division. As of now, no criminal charges have been filed against the driver of the SUV. Although authorities have identified the driver involved, her name has not been publicly released, as she has not been formally charged with a crime.

The investigation remains active as officials work to determine all of the factors that led to the deadly collision. Details such as speed, visibility, road conditions, and the possibility of impaired driving or distraction are typically reviewed during such investigations, though nothing conclusive has yet been released.

The crash has drawn attention to the importance of heightened awareness on the road, especially during overnight hours when visibility is often reduced. Motorcyclists, in particular, are at greater risk in traffic due to their exposure and smaller size, which can make them less visible to other drivers.

As the sheriff’s office continues gathering information and evidence, the community awaits further updates. Meanwhile, loved ones of Angelo Bradley are left grieving his sudden and unexpected loss. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether further legal steps will be taken.

For now, the case remains open, and authorities have urged anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information to come forward.
