Apollo Rogers Obituary, Death – A 12-year-old boy was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Fort Worth on Thursday night. The victim, identified as Apollo Rogers, was struck by a vehicle around 8 p.m. near the 3700 block of Stalcup Road, located near East Berry Street and East Loop 820. According to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office, Rogers was from Fort Worth.
When police arrived at the scene, they discovered that Rogers had been hit by a vehicle, believed to be an SUV, which fled the scene immediately after the accident. Emergency responders rushed Rogers to a local hospital, but he was later pronounced dead.
