Brittany Chambers – Authorities in Jefferson County, Missouri are investigating a serious traffic collision that resulted in the death of a local woman and left a young child seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon.

The second vehicle involved was driven by 34-year-old Brittany Chambers of Herculaneum. Troopers said Chambers had a 4-year-old child in the car at the time of the crash. Despite her efforts to steer out of the way, she was unable to avoid the collision, and the teen’s car struck the driver’s side of her vehicle.
