Cause of Death – A 21-year-old woman lost her life in a collision on I-55 in Bolingbrook, Illinois, during the early hours of Monday morning.
As reported by the Illinois State Police, troopers arrived at the scene of a single-vehicle accident near Route 53 at approximately 3:20 AM. The Bolingbrook Fire Department transported the 21-year-old female passenger of a Green Subaru Forester to a nearby hospital.
According to the Illinois State Police, the woman subsequently passed away at the hospital. Her identity has not yet been disclosed.
There were no other reported injuries. The right lane remains closed while police conduct their investigation into the accident. The cause of the crash is currently unknown.
