Dylin Wainscott, 28, from Westfield, Massachusetts, was charged with first-degree murder and possession of a narcotic. Precious Okorie, 38, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was charged with conspiracy and accessory before the fact. Both suspects are being held without bail and are scheduled for arraignment on Monday.
