Darrell Hambrick Obituary, Death – A 45-year-old Columbus man has died following a shooting on the city’s South Side earlier this week, according to police reports. Darrell Hambrick was discovered by officers on Tuesday afternoon after the Columbus Division of Police responded to a shooting incident reported around 1:25 p.m. on the 700 block of East Moler Street.
When officers arrived, they found Hambrick suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency medical services transported him to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite efforts to save him, Hambrick was pronounced dead at 3:26 p.m. on Wednesday, nearly 24 hours after the shooting occurred.
