Hayden Hackney Obituary, Death – Authorities have identified the driver of a sedan who was killed in a collision with a Ford F-150 in Tigard. The tragic crash occurred just after midnight on December 30 on Highway 99 at Southwest Canterbury Lane. The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Hayden Hackney, according to Tigard police.
The Ford F-150 involved in the crash had two occupants, 44-year-old Jason Burgess and his juvenile son. Fortunately, neither Burgess nor his son sustained injuries in the accident. However, Burgess was arrested at the scene and faces multiple charges, including manslaughter, driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) involving alcohol, reckless endangerment, and reckless driving.
