According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the crash was reported at approximately 6:13 p.m. on the Sepulveda Boulevard off-ramp from the westbound lanes of the 105 Freeway. Responders rushed to the scene after receiving reports of a serious crash involving a single vehicle.
Authorities confirmed the victim as 30-year-old Jasmine Blackwell. Tragically, she was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel.
