Jekobi Douglas Obituary, Death – A shooting that occurred over the weekend in Montgomery resulted in the death of a 17-year-old and left another man with serious injuries.
Police and medical personnel were dispatched to the 1200 block of Eastern Boulevard at 8:26 p.m. on Saturday after receiving a report of two individuals being shot. Upon arrival, officers found 17-year-old Jekobi Douglas who was pronounced dead at the scene due to gunshot wounds.
The second victim, a man whose identity was not immediately disclosed, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
