Jeremy Whitaker Obituary, Death – A motorcyclist from Mt. Juliet tragically lost his life Friday night following a collision with a pickup truck, according to a report from the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD).
The fatal crash took place shortly after 10 p.m. in the 4400 block of Lebanon Pike, near a Walmart store. Authorities said preliminary details indicate that a Toyota Tundra pickup truck was pulling out of Walmart’s parking lot and attempting to make a left turn onto Lebanon Pike when the motorcycle struck the rear driver’s side of the truck.
The motorcyclist, identified as 47-year-old Jeremy Whitaker of Mt. Juliet, suffered serious injuries from the crash. Emergency personnel transported Whitaker to a nearby hospital, but despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
