Joshua Clark Obiituary, Death – A man from Lehigh Valley lost his life while trying to assist a stranded driver, according to local authorities. The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 41-year-old Joshua Clark, a resident of Weisenberg Township, located west of Allentown.
The incident occurred Thursday evening around 8:25 p.m. in the 10000 block of Old Route 22, within Weisenberg Township. Officials reported that Clark was attempting to reach a disabled vehicle using an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) when he suffered a fatal accident. During his effort to help, the ATV he was driving rolled over several times, causing injuries that ultimately led to his death.
Clark was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest following the crash, where he was pronounced dead later that night. The coroner’s office confirmed his death was a result of injuries sustained in the ATV accident.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville are currently handling the investigation into the fatal crash. Authorities have not yet released further details about the circumstances leading to the rollover or the condition of the disabled motorist Clark was trying to assist.
No additional injuries were reported, and investigators have not indicated whether other vehicles or individuals were involved in the incident. It is also not yet known if any external factors, such as terrain conditions or mechanical issues, contributed to the accident.
