Matthew Madden Obituary, Death – A Gassville man, 41-year-old Matthew Madden, died in a rollover crash early Saturday morning, November 23, 2024, on the Highway 62 bypass in Mountain Home, according to the Arkansas State Police (ASP).
The crash occurred at approximately 1:38 a.m. when Madden was driving his 2020 GMC Terrain. Preliminary reports suggest that Madden lost control of his vehicle while traveling on the bypass. As a result, his vehicle crossed the median and veered into the eastbound lanes. In the process, the GMC overturned, rolling several times before coming to a stop.
Despite the efforts of first responders, Madden was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The accident is currently under investigation by the Arkansas State Police.
