The incident occurred on Tuesday, November 19, at approximately 3:55 p.m. when officers from the Mooresville Police Department responded to a crash near the intersection of White Street and Cabarrus Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Breedlove, the sole occupant of the vehicle, had succumbed to injuries sustained in the collision.
