Santiago Higareda Jr – A motorcyclist who died in a fatal collision with a vehicle in Garden Grove has been identified as Santiago Higareda Jr., a 36-year-old transient, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Department. The accident occurred on Tuesday around 10 p.m. in the 12000 block of Euclid Street, near Chapman Avenue and north of the Garden Grove (22) Freeway, as reported by the Garden Grove Police Department.

The collision involved a Yamaha motorcycle and a 2017 Audi A6. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the motorcyclist unresponsive. Paramedics later pronounced Higareda deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Audi remained at the scene and cooperated fully with the police investigation. The exact cause of the collision is still under investigation, and it is unclear whether drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash.
