Summer Kennard Obituary, Death – A 20-year-old woman, Summer Kennard, tragically lost her life in a crash on Monday morning in Morrow County. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred shortly after 5:30 a.m. on US-42 when Kennard was driving east. Her car veered off the right side of the road, and as she attempted to reenter the roadway, she crossed over into the opposite lane and collided with a westbound truck.
Emergency responders rushed Kennard to Morrow County Hospital, but she was pronounced dead later due to the severity of her injuries. The driver of the truck, whose identity was not released, sustained minor injuries and was also taken to the same hospital for treatment.
The crash is still under investigation by the authorities, as they work to determine the cause of the tragic accident.
