Thomas Joseph Harper Obituary, Death – A fatal crash occurred in Winston-Salem on Thursday evening, resulting in the death of 71-year-old Thomas Joseph Harper Jr. of Winston-Salem. The incident took place around 6:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of Thomasville Road, where officers from the Winston-Salem Police Department responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found a 2014 Chevrolet Spark, which had gone off the road while traveling south on Thomasville Road. The vehicle struck a utility pole after veering to the right, and Harper, who was the only occupant of the car, was found unresponsive. Despite efforts from first responders, Harper was pronounced dead at the scene.
