Daniel Jack Monfore Obituary, Death: The motorcyclist killed in a crash involving a Washington County deputy has been identified as Daniel Jack Monfore, a resident of St. George, according to officials with the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
The fatal collision occurred on Sunday afternoon on Old Highway 91 when the deputy was responding to a rollover crash at mile marker 11. The deputy had his emergency lights activated as he drove toward the scene of the previous accident. During this time, a head-on collision occurred between the deputy’s vehicle and Monfore, who was traveling in the opposite direction on his motorcycle.
