Authorities in King County are investigating a homicide following a violent incident that left one person dead and another injured in Covington on Friday morning.
Deputies with the King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) responded shortly after 7 a.m. to a residence in the 25800 block of 186th Place Southeast after receiving reports of a serious disturbance. When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, they discovered that one individual had died as a result of the incident.
A second person was also found injured at the location. Emergency responders provided immediate assistance before transporting the injured individual to Covington MultiCare for further medical treatment. Officials have not released updates on their condition.
